All the paperwork came through, and praise God, I’m on the mission field of Papua New Guinea!
I’m so grateful for God’s faithfulness in allowing me to serve in the Adult Literacy Ministry. It has been an incredible journey of growth and transformation.
The class began with 18 students, and now 15 attend faithfully three times a week. Under the initial leadership of Joyce Joroe, the students started from the very beginning—many couldn’t read or write in their own language. Today, they’re forming simple English phrases, writing their names, and even quoting Bible verses in English. What a testimony to God’s power and their perseverance!

Just last Tuesday during our devotional time, I had the opportunity to plant the seed of salvation. I’ve been teaching on the Lord’s Prayer, starting with “Our Father.” I emphasized that we can only truly say “Our Father” if we’ve been born again into God’s family.
I humbly ask that you add this class to your prayer list—specifically for those who have not yet come to know the Lord personally. May their hearts be opened to Him.
Please also keep me in your prayers. I’ll be serving here until the end of August and will also be assisting in the clinic.
Thank you in advance for your support and prayers.
Blessings,
Sharon
