Dear praying friends,
It’s finally here! The school year is coming to an end with IBC’s “4 in 24” (4 events in 24 hours). Here is a video of the commencement!
Please pray with us that all of these events glorified the Lord in dynamic and powerful ways. So many of the 15 graduates that walked on Saturday have friends and family that don’t know Jesus; would you pray that they would all would be drawn to Jesus?
The IBC board meeting is Sunday and Monday; this allows our out-of-town board members to come in one time for both Celebration Weekend and the board meeting. Would you pray for the Lord’s blessing and wisdom upon our deliberations together?
Finally, the picture above is from Tuesday morning’s Christian Family class final. Every year Sarah and I have the class over, feed them breakfast, debrief the semester, and have them take the final. With the universal brokenness of the Native family (as a result of the reservation system and the board school movement) every student desperately needs this class. This year was a powerful experience, with many of the students expressing in tears how much the class impacted them and changed their lives. Would you pray for the Lord’s continued healing upon these dear ones?
