Dear family and friends,
We’ve been back in Oklahoma for about one month now and, my, how time flies! As of a week ago, we finally have our house back together after our flood on March 6th! We had our son, Bret, daughter in love, Dana, and our grands, Kate and Ray, for 10 days and had a blast! We are so thankful for family.

Elise is now recovering from a pickleball injury and would appreciate your prayers as she rests.
God answered your prayers in many ways while we were in Slovakia and we thank you so much for your faithfulness to pray.
Here are the latest answers to prayer:
- The mission team from FBC – Weatherford, OK had an amazing time sharing the gospel and encouraging their brothers and sisters in Revuca, Slovakia and surrounding areas the first week of June. About 250 people heard the gospel message through the opportunity to speak at an English-speaking Lutheran High School and other outreach events.
- Two couples from FBC – Weatherford stayed six weeks in the apartment that FBC has rented and had the privilege of building some long-term friendships with those in the church and community in Revuca. Thank God for their faithfulness. · Another couple and single from FBC had the opportunity to help in a weeklong English camp the first week of July with the supporting church for Revuca in Banska Bystrica. They had a wonderful time and are hoping to go back next year to help!
- The Bratislava Connect Church retreat went very well. There was great teaching by the lead pastor as well as wonderful worship, while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Modra Harmonia, Slovakia. Everyone left encouraged and built up by the Body of Christ.
Please be in prayer for these new requests:
- Kostol Nahrane in Revuca is hosting a Children’s Camp this week until July 20th. Please pray for strength and endurance for the workers as well as receptive hearts for the children. Ask for God’s protection over each person who is there.
- Vacation Bible School (VBS) begins at FBC – Weatherford July 22-25. Pray for Trey and his many helpers as he leads in the missions aspect of VBS for all of the children. Pray that the children would come with open hearts to grow and learn in their walk with God.
- Remember Trey and Elise as we help to debrief, gain feedback, and train those who have been to Slovakia or are planning to go to Slovakia for mission trips in the weeks to come. Ask that all of us would gain greater insight as to how to be more effective for God’s purposes and Kingdom as we go.
- Pray that God would continue to use Trey and Elise as they mentor many young men and women in both Slovakia and Oklahoma. What a wonderful privilege to affect future generations for the Kingdom! Pray that God would continue to guide and direct us in each relationship and give us His wisdom in helping them grow in their walk with God.
Thanks!!
Trey and Elise Atkins
