Thank you all for praying for our staff retreat. It went well and was a good time for planning the new semester. Over half our staff is now Native, all but one of whom is a graduate of IBC!
Classes for the new semester started two days ago (Yes, on Labor Day). We are excited to welcome 8 brand- new or returning-after-a-hiatus students to campus. There are a total of 22 on-campus, full-time students plus up to 20 part timers, many of whom are taking an online class.
Praise God, I was able to get through the compliance document for accreditation once before classes started! There is a lot more work to be done, but at least it is well underway. I am teaching North American History, Piano, Voice, overseeing the students’ Christian Service Assignments, and life coaching one student. Please pray for God’s favor on these promising young men and women! Pray for the staff to be effective in encouraging, training, teaching, counseling, and challenging them. Thank you again so much!
