Dear Family and Friends,
My dear life partner, Corinne Marcelle Mansker Palmer, went to be with her Saviour and Lord.
She passed quietly sometime during the night after Hospice folk bathed her and Heather attended to her and tried again to make her drink water and Judy tucked her in the warmer blanket. Later, when I said good night there was no response. I usually tell her good night and good bye, believing it could be soon that she would no longer be in that frail earthly body. I feel bad that I didn’t stay on and be there as she went.
We in this part of the family here are sad, but glad she is better off. We are so thankful for Heather’s helping her be comfortable along the final part of her journey Home.
I could go on, but this is a quick announcement for you all. Thank you for praying for her and for us. Life will be different for me, but God’s Grace is sufficient and has begun already to show me how best to glorify Him as I learn to trust Him even more, even without reminders and encouragement in every situation by the one who loved me for 70 years!
