Summer 2024

It’s interesting how much of the world looks forward to summer, and yet in the desert areas, it’s not quite such a blessing. In Phoenix, we’ve been enduring temperatures in excess of 110 degrees F with an unusually high level of humidity. It’s been quite miserable. While those in cold climates are stuck in their homes in the winter with freezing temps and snow piled up, we are stuck in our homes in the summer.
Even still, the Word of the Lord is going out into all the world, praise God! Please remember to keep missionaries in your prayers this summer. Here are some highlights from our MMOL missionaries so far:
Ed and Jeanne Casteel, itinerant missionaries to the Asia Pacific region, share pics and an update about a new airstrip that has been cut into a new area. But even more exciting is the growth of the church! Read their update:
Trey and Elise Atkins are itinerant missionaries to Slovakia. They just returned to the USA for the summer. You can read about their prayer requests and how God has used them in their latest news:
And we are excited to announce new-to-MMOL missionaries Bishop Jonathan and Shena Carey. The Careys serve in the Caribbean Islands and Northern Africa, teaching others how to be chaplains. Read about their amazing ministry here:
Thank you for keeping all these missionaries lifted up in prayer!
