Dear family and friends,

Hello to you from sunny central Florida! Christmas Day is just about over, but I wanted to send greetings out to you before the conclusion of this day. It has been pure joy to sing some of the old familiar Christmas carols this season. I will give some of the phrases that I think say it so well. (You can find them all in your hymn book with their authors.)

The manger of Bethlehem cradles a King!

Thou didst leave Thy throne and Thy kingly crown when Thou camest to earth for me.

Come adore on bended knee, Christ the Lord, the newborn King.

In Bethlehem was born The Son of God by Name.

Thou camest O Lord, with the living word that should set Thy people free.

O Jesus, to Thee be all glory given, Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing, O come, let us adore Him.

Jesus Christ was born for this! He has opened heaven’s door, and man is blessed evermore. Christ was born for this!

Then let us all with one accord, Sing praises to our heavenly Lord.

Glorious now behold Him arise, King and God and sacrifice.

Go tell it on the mountains, that Jesus Christ is born!

Yes! We’ve a story to tell to the nations, That shall turn their hearts to the right. A story of truth and mercy. A story of peace and light. We’ve a message to give to the nations. That the Lord who reigneth above, hath sent us His Son to save us and show us that God is love. We’ve a Savior to show to the nations. Who the path of sorrow hath trod. That all of the world’s great peoples might come to the truth of God.

We wish you a blessed Christmas!

By His grace,

Wanda (and Brad) Hull
