Greetings from Steve and Sandy Aholt

Sandy and I give thanks to the LORD, for without Him, we can do nothing. All of you, our prayer support team and our financial support team, help us to keep going for Jesus, until He takes us home, or takes us up to meet Him in the clouds. Even so, come Lord Jesus.

God continues to give us both good health. Sandy had another excellent glaucoma checkup. She has had some dizziness, some tests, an MRI on her brain, and nothing was abnormal. Now she has an appointment with a neurologist. We have a couple of family members who are battling cancer.

Paul reminds us to not be weary in well doing. We get tired at times, but we believe it is called AGE – having too many birthdays. Nonetheless, we press on to give our best for the Savior, because He gave his best for us. The LORD be magnified.

We have survived nine inches of snow since we last wrote to you. Praise the LORD that our snow thrower is still working well. I told Sandy that a self-propelled snow blower would make the job a little easier. Her response was, “You will be 73 this year!” The exercise is good, but a bigger machine will shorten the time to do that job. Our granddaughter, Coralee, is a student at Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, NY. She is helping with Snow Camp there on the weekends. They will be having negative temperatures at night for the rest of this week. Aaron, Stephanie, and Zane will be having the same temperatures this week as Coralee is having. Columbus, Ohio had 9 inches of snow, and they are in a level 3 lockdown – stay off the roads unless there is a medical emergency.

Sandy was invited to take some training classes for mentoring new believers at church, and we both will be table leaders in two separate discipleship classes. These classes will resume again in two weeks. Our church is growing in numbers. We began a third Sunday services last year. This Wednesday and Thursday will be two days of revival services. Saturday and Sunday, we are having Friend Day.

One of our long-time friends, David Wells, went home to be with the Lord, on the 2nd. He fought cancer for 15 years, and he finally got tired of fighting. He fought a good fight and went out of this life praising the Lord. He finally is healed! The LORD be magnified.

Thank you for all that you do to help us as we anticipate the Lord’s return.
