What a great start to the New Year!
Kathy Brittany Melanie, Three Generations of Tanner wives
Tom and Melanie’s three sons are Dustin, Brett and Wes. Dustin and his wife Brittany are missionaries in Senegal, W. Africa and were back in the USA for a short time. Callum James is their son, and our great grandson. We drove down to Florida and spent a week with all of them.
The old year was full of a lot of medical procedures for Kathy and she has returned to normal.
We hope to continue editing some Bible lessons for Papua New Guinea this year, and Jim will continue writing his book about our lives in PNG. We want it to be a challenge for others to trust the Lord in all kinds of situations. Hopefully, it will be completed this year.
We appreciate all your care for us during the two-and-a-half years of our transition back to America. To be honest, I don’t think it is possible to completely feel at home here, but we want to keep glorifying Christ wherever we are.
We love our church here and we will continue to trust the Lord to touch lives here. Thanks for all of your prayers and financial gifts to us through another year.
I turned 77 this month and Kathy will follow in February.

The picture above is the cover of Course 5 Volume 2. It was sent to the printer last month. Our first course of two volumes will need a reprint soon. We have printed 5000 copies twice so this will make the third time. it’s good to see that people are using them.
