We weren’t able to spend Mother’s Day with our family but did enjoy a dinner and visiting with special friends here in Sanford. Hopefully, next year we will be able to get together with our children.
Our time of living in Florida has now exceeded 15 months and we continue to reside in the same apartment. The building has not yet sold but we know it will sell when the time is right. On the NTM office building in downtown Sanford the remodel is still underway. The hope is that at least two departments can transition to the new location by the end of this year.
Currently for the June pre-field orientation there have been 4 couples and one single approved as new associate members with NTM. They will be serving in south America and southeast Asia. We are grateful for these folks who have joined the team, as they will be a great help and encouragement in the work of reaching remote At Officepeoples with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The work days are filled with phone calls, emails, and keeping track of information. Additionally, we continually spend time addressing concerns that arise as we coach folks through the application process.
Would you please pray that the Lord would give us patience, compassion and wise words as we speak with people from within the country and outside the USA who are interested in ministry in mission. Thank you for your prayers on our behalf!
