Thank you so much for your love, prayers and gifts! We are deeply grateful for your part in helping to share the love of Jesus with the Hewa tribal people of Papua New Guinea.

We have started our journey back to Papua New Guinea! We had a wonderful time with friends and family in the US and are now looking forward to re-uniting with our Hewa tribal friends. Please keep us in prayer as we depart Tampa, Feb 17, to head to PNG through Hong Kong and Bali.

Praise the Lord with us for the health necessary to continue work in the tribe. I (Jonathan) had an appointment with a surgeon and after performing the necessary tests he assured me that my back injury in 2009 has healed nicely and that he has no concerns about our return to the harshness of jungle life.

Mikayla is very excited by the many words of encouragement and by the gifts that many of you have sent toward her medical mission trip to Papua New Guinea this coming summer. She has been in communication with the doctor she will be interning with at the NTM medical clinic and can’t wait for her semester at BIOLA University to finish so she can return to the place where she spent her childhood years. Thank you for how you welcomed us into your lives over these last six months while we were in the USA. We felt incredibly blessed by your love and care as we shared the highs and lows of our experiences in Papua New Guinea.
