Dear praying friends,

Spring has sprung–but not very well! It is snowing again in Flagstaff…and it has been the second snowiest winter on record! We are so thankful for a wet monsoon season last summer and a wet snow season this winter–even though it has had quite an impact on my family in the aftermath of the fires.
I have two important prayer requests for you:
Twenty-seven students and four staff are driving to South Dakota for an 11-day Ministry Immersion Trip to serve the Lakota and Dakota people. This is one of the most spiritually dark places in the country; please pray for safety on the road, for effective ministry to the Native peoples there in SD, and–especially–for unity for the team (there has been significant spiritual attacks on the unity of the staff and students in recent weeks).
We are pursuing a new line of treatment for Abby’s undiagnosed abdominal pain: pelvic venous disease. Abby has a special MRI tomorrow (Friday) morning to investigate this possibility; please pray for clear answers from this test.
Next month I will be sending the Spring newsletter with a whole lot of information and ways to pray. Thank you for your partnership with us!
