Greetings All,
This email finds me the close of another great trip to Asia Pacific. I am been traveling a lot this trip, and not able to do emails for much of the time, so the first chance I have had to get an update out to you all. I am departing very encouraging as I have been able to see firsthand how the Lord is using the Wana church to reach out to others with the gospel in many different ways – not only to their own but also to other language groups as well. My prayer is that the Lord will continue to strengthen their churches and use them to draw many to Himself, realizing that “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
I want to thank each of you who have been praying for me during this trip. At times it has felt like an endurance competition as I was on the go the whole time, very long days, and in many different villages and town. Praise the Lord He has kept me healthy and gave me the strength I have needed. I will be departing the capital city on Tuesday morning this time (Monday evening USA time). I will appreciate your prayers for the long trip home. It is a joy to serve alongside each of you.
God bless,
Ed
