Hello,

I pray that as you or your loved one travels this “cancer road,” you will find hope for the future and an encouragement to keep your focus on Jesus.

“For God alone my soul waits in silence.

From Him comes my salvation.

He alone is my rock

and my salvation, my fortress.

I shall not be greatly shaken.” Ps 62:1-2

Fourteen Years! What a blessing! Life is good. My family has grown to 8. (Two sons-in-law and two granddaughters have been added to our original 4.) My health is good. I keep doing those checkups and they keep coming back clean. Praise God!! I am so grateful!!

For the moment, I am cancer free, but I still try to remember that every breath is a gift from God. Because keeping my focus on God helps me remember that:  whether tomorrow is lived here or in heaven, I can choose to have hope .

Psalm 71:14 says, “But as for me, I will always have hope. I will praise you more and more.”

This verse is framed and placed where I can see it often to remind me of where I should place my hope.

If our hope is grounded in God, we will not be destroyed when gale winds begin to blow in our direction, or when fear, pain, grief and disappointment threaten to overwhelm us. No matter how terrible the storm- we can survive because God is with us.” (Taken from Praying the Names of God by Ann Spangler)

 Let Him be your hope.

I AM PRAYING FOR YOU AS YOU READ THESE WORDS AND OTHERS IN THIS SITE, THAT YOU WILL HEAR GOD’S VOICE , DRAW NEAR TO HIM, AND LET HIM HEAL YOU PHYSICALLY AND GROW YOU SPIRITUALLY.

Blessing!

Ranee
