That we may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works (Psalm 26:7). We are thankful unto him, and bless (bow the knee to) his name (Psalm 100:4).

We praise Him for the great things that He has done through you – our faithful supporters. Your prayers and giving avails much in the spread of the Gospel.

Our main purpose in life is to bring glory to His name. We let our light shine before men, that they may see our good works, and glorify our Father which is in heaven (Matthew 5:16).

Persecution will come. Yes, all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution (2 Timothy 3:12). We were reminded once again from 1 Peter 4:14 the very answer to our questions. When we suffer unjustly for the name of Christ we are to rejoice, because His Spirit is within us. When we respond with rejoicing – He is glorified. Our purpose in life is to bring glory to Him.

Here are some prayer requests:

We praise the Lord for the good health that we have had this year. Steve is having right shoulder pain. He goes to get that checked out on the 19th. Hopefully it is not a rotator problem. Thank you for your continued prayers for Sandy as she heals from surgery for a bone infection after a root canal.

  1. We praise the Lord for your faithful prayers and support of our ministry here in Missouri, in preparing teaching and discipleship material, for the people of Papua New Guinea. Currently we are at 82% of our support which means we are $850 per month under supported.
  2. Praise the Lord for friendships that we are making living back in the USA. One man next door to us from Mesopotamia has trust in Christ as his personal savior. Recently, Steve was speaking to a Sunday school class. He challenged them to be a witness for Christ and shared gospel tracts with them to help them present the Gospel to other. One lady shared last Sunday that she had a serious conversations with her son, and using the gospel tract he trust Christ as his personal Savior. Isaiah 55:11 says that His word will not return unto him void, but it shall accomplish that what He pleases. The Lord is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9b).
  3. Praise the Lord that a group of people, from our Aqua Aerobics class, who are asking questions, will be interested in starting a Bible study with us.

Here’s a recent photo of Aaron, Stephanie, Coralee, Zane, and us on a covered bridge in Ohio.
