Spring Greetings from Steve and Sandy Aholt,

Thank you for praying and for financially giving toward our ministry. You have faithfully prayed and God has provided for both your needs and for our needs. Without Him, we can do nothing! With Him, nothing is impossible.

Easter, as in Acts 12:4, we remember the time of the Jewish Passover when the lamb was slain to save the life of the firstborn from death, in Egypt. We also remember that Christ was slain as our paschal or Passover lamb to save our lives. “And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain” (1 Cor. 15:14). BUT NOW IS CHRIST RISEN FROM THE DEAD, (verse 20).

Thank you for praying. The Story of Hope has been completed and is in the final stage before printing and shipping. There is a plan to print 1000 of these books initially and ship them by sea container to Papua New Guinea, in June.

We are now working on The Roots of Faith New Testament. This is a series of in-depth Bible stories in 50 lessons. Thank you for your continued prayers for us to have strength and wisdom as we diligently labor to complete this project. God answers prayer! We just learned yesterday that, due to a change in the printing process, all of the information for the 50 Old Testament lessons needs to be copied and pasted into a different document.

Thank you for your continued prayers for our health. This Thursday is Steve’s last day before his release from the doctor on his right hand trigger thumb. It is doing much better – we believe in answer to your prayers.

Sandy has completed the first stage in her dental work. She is waiting for the second stage that will complete the “infrastructure of bridges” for her. Thank you for your prayers and for the funds to complete this work.

Sandy is staying with her dad for a few days as he makes the transition back to living at home after his back surgery. Thank you for your prayers for God to give him complete healing and recovery from this surgery.

Thank you for your prayers for two family members in need of prayer for the following:

  • One with Chronic kidney failure – Stage 3 and recovering from knee surgery
  • Also, Aunt Louise who had a partial hip replacement due to a fall, a broken femur, and also has suffered a stroke.

We rejoice that God has answered prayer:

  • The Story of Hope is completed
  • God healed the one who had pneumonia
  • The knee surgery was successful for another; the biopsy for cancer came back negative for another; and another’s foot has healed from surgery.

Thank you so much for praying for these health needs of our family members.

Listening for the trump and praying,

Steve and Sandy Aholt
