Diann and I arrived in Sanford Florida on June 15th looking forward to the 2017 Pre-field Orientation (PFO) . It was a blessing to meet and interact with the many new Ethnos360 Associate Members, who I had coached through the application process over the past year. God is good!

The group photo above is of the attendees and Connection Center staff. For this diverse and interactive group, who had come from many different states, the orientation program was informative and beneficial. They learned about the philosophy of Ethnos 360, the operations of the various departments, adjusting to new cultural environments, etc. In the photo of the missionaries above, some will be serving in ministries in the states and others will be traveling to overseas positions. All are playing a critical role in the team effort of reaching least reached people groups with the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Diann and I enjoyed reconnecting with friends & colleagues, who are serving at the home office, plus fellowshipping with the attendees. Amongst the many sessions, opportunity was afforded for everyone to share their testimonies, which we are doing in the photo above.

Additionally, I had the privilege to teach a session on the “Biblical Basis for Support Ministry.” When the 10 days were finished, the expressed sentiment was that it had been a very special time and it felt bittersweet that the orientation was over. Our thanks to all who prayed for PFO!

Please continue to pray for the Connection Center staff and also for the new associates as they follow the leading of the Lord into their new ministries!

In His service,
Dave and Diann
