Dear Prayer Partner,
The missions conference in Slovakia this past weekend was great. Thanks for praying for us and those attending. We expected 20 – 40 in attendance, but there were about 55. The best thing was all the wonderful relationships that were begun. Springing out of that came an opportunity for a couple of volunteers to serve in Slovakia this summer:
A church in central Slovakia is having English camps for children from 7 – 15 years of age. They expect 150 kids to be there and they need at least two more volunteers.
Your arrival date is June 30, with orientation to follow on July 1 and worship with the local church on July 2. You will teach from July 3 – 7, have a two-day break, and then teach again from July 10 – 13. Departure would be possible as early as July 14. Elise and I would be able to meet you at the Vienna airport and transport you there and back.
