Greetings from Steve and Sandy Aholt,
Thank you for your faithful prayers and financial support of our ministry. We have been completing our home ministry of reporting in the KC area.
Thank you also for your continued prayers as we travel eastward to visit friends and family on our way. One couple, Phil and Jan Smith, will be departing the USA to work with ABWE in Papua New Guinea soon. They are presently held up due to visa issues. Thank you for your prayers about their visa situation and as they say, “Farewell!” to their friends and family.
Our plan is to finish our home ministry of reporting to you, our caring supporters, over the next two months. We make our plans and God directs our steps. We look forward to seeing many of you soon.
One important part of prayer that the Holy Spirit reminded us about this month – to complete our prayers – not our will, but thy will be done. We know that without Him, we can do nothing!
Sandy’s eyes checked out good with no new damage to her optic nerves. The pressure was a little high in one of her eyes. The doctor alerted her that she may need to go back to using eye drops again. Her next check will be in six months. Thank you for your continued prayers about that.
Steve just had an all clear report from his dermatologist last week. No new cancer spots! Praise the Lord.
Steve thinks that the pain in his hands will be something that he will have to live with. God is in control and I praise Him for the good health that He has given us all these years.
No news is good news! We have not received an update on Medlin since our last report. Thank you for your prayers following her snake bite.
Great things He hath done,
Steve and Sandy
